Reservations are handled via email or telephone. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your reservation.  The balance of the payment will be due one month prior to your arrival at Beaver Lake Landing.  If you cancel your weekend with less than one month's notice, you still must make your payment in full.  If I can find another renter a portion of your payment will be refunded at the discretion of the owner.  You must supply a credit card number when making your final payment which will be held for damages beyond normal wear or breakage.

Please Note: We only book one year out in order to give previous guests the first opportunity to rebook for the same time next year.
